Steal Your Face review

The Grateful Dead’s Steal Your Face CD was compiled from their October 16 –20, 1974, run at the Winterland in San Francisco, CA. These were their last shows before their retirement. Their video, The Grateful Dead Movie, was recorded at this same run.  

It has been awhile since I have heard this, but my recollection is that it is average. Similar to Dead Set that was recorded in 1980, the CD lacks extended jams and includes their shorter songs.
